To ensure the well-being of our students, we provide comprehensive health care tailored to their specific requirements. We also request parents to impart essential health education to their children, emphasizing the importance of following these guidelines:
- Maintain Personal Hygiene: Regularly trim nails and maintain neatness.
- Exercise Regularly: Encourage physical activity as a daily routine.
- Sleep Adequately: Ensure children sleep for at least eight hours every night.
- Follow a Balanced Diet: Provide nutritious meals that support overall health.
- Drink Safe Water: Preferably boiled or filtered water. All students are advised to bring their own water bottles from home.
- Avoid Unhealthy Foods: Discourage the consumption of ice-cream, other milk products, and food from roadside vendors and kiosks.
By fostering these healthy habits, we aim to promote a culture of well-being and ensure that our students grow up healthy and strong.
